You will represent a trusted pharmacy benefit services manager brand in public settings and must be comfortable in client-facing environments. Ideal candidates enjoy face-to-face interactions, have strong communication skills, and can adapt to event-based scheduling with transportation ability

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort engaging individuals one on one and in small groups.
• Professional presence in client facing environments.
• Customer service or public facing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with benefits or insurance information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive, informed member experiences at client benefit fairs and events.
• Increase awareness and engagement through proactive attendee interactions.
• Answer high level pharmacy benefit questions and connect attendees to resources.
• Support consistent event execution by sharing educational and promotional materials.
• Complete required post event feedback for continuous improvement.
• Attend annual training to build knowledge of the organization and educator role.
• Participate in pre-event training sessions with the account team.
