Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an ESI Benefit Educator for an on-call, part-time role in Austin, TX. You will educate employees about available benefits at fairs and enrollment events and travel to assigned locations as needed.

The position requires professional, customer-focused individuals who can communicate clearly with diverse groups and work independently with no guaranteed hours. Travel and mileage reimbursements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned benefit fairs, enrollment events, and other scheduled events.
• Educate employees/members regarding available benefits and benefit-related information.
• Clearly explain benefit information and answer general questions.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during events.
• Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain a professional presence while representing the organization at events.
• Travel to assigned event locations as required.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on event and business needs.
