Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an ESI Benefit Educator to support client benefit fairs and events in multiple locations, including Denver and surrounding areas. This on-call role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and presenting a trusted pharmacy benefit services manager brand in public settings.

As a Benefit Educator, you will explain pharmacy benefits, answer high-level questions, and connect attendees with resources at events.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in customer service or public facing roles preferred.
• Familiarity with benefits or insurance information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive, informed member experiences at client benefit fairs and events.
• Increase benefits awareness through proactive attendee interactions.
• Answer high level pharmacy benefit questions and connect attendees to resources.
• Share educational and promotional materials to support event goals.
• Complete post-event feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Attend an annual training to build foundational knowledge of our organization and educator role.
• Participate in account-specific training sessions at least 48 hours before each benefit fair.
• Maintain professional attire and demeanor at all events.
