Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an ESI Benefit Educator to support client benefit fairs and events in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas within a 180-mile radius. This on-call role has no guaranteed hours and requires reliable transportation.

The position is onsite at client events for 6-month assignment with scheduled trainings. Ideal candidates will have strong verbal communication skills, professional presence in client-facing environments, and comfort engaging individuals one-on-one or

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort engaging individuals one-on-one and in small groups.
• Professional presence in client-facing environments.
• Customer service or public-facing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with benefits or insurance information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive, informed member experiences at client benefit fairs and events.
• Increase benefits awareness and engagement through proactive attendee interactions.
• Build trust by answering high-level pharmacy benefit questions and guiding attendees to resources.
• Support high-quality event execution by distributing educational materials.
• Complete post-event feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Attend an annual training to build knowledge of the organization and educator role.
• Participate in account-specific training sessions at least 48 hours prior to each event.
• Maintain professional attire and demeanor at all events.
