Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with little to no prior work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling; lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with exposure to smoke and crowd noise.

Responsibilities

• Stock all forms of beer, wine, liquor, juice, non-alcoholic mixers, and other supplies. Ensure perishable supplies are dated and maintained.
• Sweep and mop floors daily, pull trash, clean cans; uphold station cleanliness.
• Ensure soaps, sanitizers, paper towels, and other essentials are stocked; clean and stock glassware and bar supplies.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, safe environment ("The Big Six").
