Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Barback to support beverage operations at our venues in Oklahoma. This entry-level role focuses on stocking beverages, glassware, and supplies, and assisting bartenders to ensure smooth service.

You will help maintain a clean and organized bar area, promote a fun and safe guest experience, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy team environment. The position requires flexibility for varied shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain state alcoholic beverage license.
• Ability to obtain gaming licensing.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock all forms of beer, wine, liquor, juice, non-alcoholic mixers, and other supplies for beverage venues and storage areas. Ensure perishable supplies are dated and maintained for freshness.
• Sweep and mop all floors daily, pull trash throughout the shift, and clean trash cans. Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas.
• Ensure all soaps, sanitizers, paper towels, and other essentials are well-stocked. Clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
