Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Oklahoma is seeking an entry-level Barback to support beverage operations, maintain stock levels, and keep bars clean and efficient. You will assist bartenders, ensure supplies are fresh, and help uphold a safe, fun environment for guests and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, being 21+, and the ability to obtain a food handler’s card, alcohol awareness training, and appropriate gaming licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming authority licensing.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock all beverages, glassware, and supplies for beverage venues and storage areas.
• Sweep, mop and clean floors; manage trash and maintain cleanliness of station.
• Ensure soaps, sanitizers, towels, and glassware are stocked and clean.
• Foster a fun, friendly, safe environment for guests and team members.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
