Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft high-quality beverages and deliver outstanding guest service at our casino bar. You’ll manage your bar station, follow alcohol safety standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will prepare and serve drinks, handle financial transactions, stock supplies, and ensure compliance with gaming authority licensing. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests and cocktail servers, following standard recipes.
• Follow alcohol safety standards and verify IDs to enforce minimum drinking age.
• Stock bar supplies, wash glassware, and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Uphold a clean, welcoming bar area and promote a safe, fun environment.
• Process guest payments and manage transactions for drinks and services.
