Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Oklahoma is seeking flexible On-Call Food & Beverage team members to support concerts, VIP events, and busy casino periods. You may serve cocktails, bartend, or assist at buffets and dining areas, ensuring a fun and safe guest experience.

Positions emphasize flexibility, weekend and holiday shifts, and the ability to work in fast-paced settings. No two shifts are the same, offering variety and opportunities to grow within a premier hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Ability to obtain food handler's card and alcohol training, as applicable.
• Available to work a minimum of one shift per month.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, concerts, and special events.
• Stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests.
• Support concerts, VIP events, and high-volume periods.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests and assist with service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as applicable.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards and check IDs as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas.
• Clear and reset tables and assist with dining and buffet areas.
• Process guest payments and financial transactions when applicable.
• Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
• Be flexible and willing to assist other Food & Beverage areas as needed.
