Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Barback to support bar operations at our gaming facility. You will stock and rotate products, assist with inventory, and maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area during shift 5:30pm–2:00am.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, washing, sanitizing, assisting bartenders, and ensuring safe handling of beverages and supplies. Must pass training (TIPS, ServeSafe) and obtain a Tribal Gaming License as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete GED within six months.
• Must be nineteen years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass interview and guest service audition.
• Must complete ServeSafe Sanitation training and alcohol service training.
• Willing to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must hold Tribal Gaming License or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and rotates products and supplies for bar operation.
• Prepares inventory orders based on par levels and guidance from bartender.
• Disposes of liquor bottles per procedures.
• Ensures signature for all consumables delivered to bar.
• Keeps bar areas clean and sanitized; maintains cleanliness.
• Cleans glassware and removes debris and trash promptly.
• Checks refrigeration and ice machine status; reports issues.
• Replaces kegs and restocks bar gun system as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
