You will help uphold safety, sanitation, and a fun guest experience, follow health standards, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays in a bustling bar environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; entry-level role with minimal experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Requires standing for long periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, with exposure to smoke and crowd noise.

Responsibilities

• Stock all beverages, glassware, and supplies; ensure perishable items are dated for freshness.
• Sweep and mop floors daily; take out trash and maintain cleanliness of station and shared areas.
• Keep soaps, sanitizers, paper towels stocked; wash and stock glassware and bar supplies.
• Promote a fun, safe environment and support the bartending team.
