• Lift up to 25-30 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional food and beverage service during banquet events, meetings, and functions.
• Provide bartending support and assist with alcohol service following standards.
• Set up and break down banquet rooms, including linens, glassware, and stations.
• Collaborate with Banquets and Catering/Events teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and station setups.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve service concerns promptly.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support banquet captains and supervisors as needed.
