Job summary

Micone Staffing Resources is seeking polished, professional Banquet Servers for on-call event assignments. This position supports upscale banquets, special events, corporate functions, and other high-level hospitality events.

Candidates must have prior banquet or upscale restaurant serving experience and be comfortable working in a professional environment with strict grooming and presentation standards. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of banquet serving or high-end/upscale restaurant service experience required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. THC-friendly.
• Must be comfortable working on an on-call/as-needed basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to report to scheduled assignments on time.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and carrying trays during service.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive food and beverage service during banquets and special events.
• Set up banquet rooms, tables, place settings, and service areas according to event requirements.
• Serve plated meals, beverages, and other food items in a professional and timely manner.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized event space throughout service.
• Follow proper banquet service etiquette and established service standards.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup at the conclusion of service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
• Work closely with banquet captains, supervisors, culinary staff, and other event team members.
• Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the entire assignment.
