Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as Banquet Houseman.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and chemical handling.
• Knowledge of all styles of room set-ups, standard equipment, and proper handling.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers.
• Ability to do basic arithmetic and maintain hotel standards.

• Supervise and train banquet staff to meet hotel standards.
