Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Clear and effective communication with guests, management and co-workers.
• Legible communication and basic math skills.
• Liquor, wine and food service training (desired).
• Any culinary training (desired).
• Alcohol awareness certification (desired).
• Strong leadership qualities to manage the team.
• Ability to meet guests' service needs and adapt to high business levels.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food and beverage department in a supervisory capacity.
• Train and motivate staff to uphold service standards.
• Cross-utilize in other outlets as necessary.
• Ensure guest service aligns with Forbes standards.
• Fill in laterally to maintain service quality.
• Assist with dining outlet Stir operations as needed.
• Operate within Micros system and maintain organization.
