Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible, on-call hours.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull furniture and equipment.
• Comfortable standing, walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other equipment according to diagrams.
• Prepare banquet rooms for weddings, meetings, conferences, and functions.
• Tear down setups and return furniture and equipment to storage areas.
• Assist with room flips and quick turnarounds between events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of banquet spaces and report issues.
