Graves Hospitality Corporation in Minneapolis seeks an On-Call Banquet Houseman to support setup, teardown, and operation of banquet events. You will help keep spaces clean, safe, and guest-ready, and work on a flexible schedule according to event needs.

The role involves arranging tables and chairs, moving equipment, stabilizing back-of-house areas, and assisting banquet staff throughout events. Reliability, good physical stamina, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with flexible, on-call hours.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull furniture and equipment.
• Previous banquet/hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Set up tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other equipment per diagrams.
• Prepare banquet rooms for weddings, meetings, banquets, and functions.
• Tear down setups and return items to storage.
• Assist with room flips and quick turnarounds between events.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized spaces.
