Responsibilities

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and AV needs.
• Assist set up staff in table, buffet, and bar setup.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for functions.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with the Kitchen about changes.
