• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and AV needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table, buffet, bar setups, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping updated on changes.
