Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On-Call Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at meetings, events, and special functions. You will join the Banquets team and report to Banquet Management, ensuring seamless execution.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, knowledge of menu offerings, and collaboration with culinary and stewarding teams. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Previous food and beverage, banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry trays and banquet equipment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handling and alcohol service certifications as required by local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and personalized food and beverage service during banquet events.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Set up banquet spaces, including linens, china, glassware, silverware, and event décor.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met before serving guests.
• Break down and reset banquet spaces following events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, stewarding, and banquet teams to ensure successful event execution.
