Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in New Orleans is seeking a banquet server to set up banquet rooms, take beverage orders, and serve food at designated stations during events. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and coordinating with the Banquet Captain to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and execute basic math.
• Prior banquet or wait service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean banquet rooms and serve banquets.
• Take beverage orders and serve food at assigned stations.
• Pour and refill wine, coffee, water and other beverages.
• Clear soiled dishes as needed and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in closing functions and reset room for next function.
• Attend staff meetings including pre-service sessions.
• Follow all food safety-related requirements.
• Complete other assignments as directed by the Banquet Captain.
