Job summary

The Westin Tempe is seeking an On-Call Banquet Server to support our banquet team. AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays are required. Join Crescent Hotels & Resorts and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic hotel environment.

You will work with a team to set up and service events, greet guests, and ensure high standards of service while maintaining safety and cleanliness in all areas.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Self-starting with an even disposition and professional appearance.
• Ability to understand food and beverage service standards.
• Knowledge of table settings and service ware is preferred.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs and assist with setup and service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist with set-up, decoration, delivery of service and breakdown for events.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment.
