Job summary

The Westin Tempe is seeking an On-Call Banquet Server to join our Banquet Team. You will participate in servicing guests and support event setup, service, and breakdown with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays, strong guest service skills, and a team-oriented mindset within Crescent Hotels & Resorts and The Westin Tempe.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Willingness to pitch-in and be a team player.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around a banquet room.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist in set-up, service delivery, and breakdown of food and beverage for events.
• Ensure cleaning, repair, and safe operation of equipment and areas used in duties.
