Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an On-Call Banquets Server for the Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel in Chandler, AZ. You will provide professional, attentive food and beverage service, upholding Marriott and hotel standards while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires minimum hospitality experience with banquet or F&B background; you will work in banquet/event spaces, supporting setup, service, and breakdown with a focus on Beyond Compare guest service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper banquet service procedures, table settings, and service equipment.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet and event spaces according to the Banquets Manager's specifications.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review event details and service standards.
• Greet guests professionally and provide attentive service during events.
• Serve food and beverages per BEO and standards.
• Maintain timing and presentation of service throughout events.
• Replenish beverages and service items; anticipate guest needs.
• Clear and reset tables; manage cleanup after events.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with hotel policies.
• Communicate with Banquets Manager and culinary team to ensure smooth execution.
