The Westin Tempe, operated by The Crescent Hotels Group, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for a full-time role at our Tempe, AZ property. You will lead the Front Desk team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition and a professional appearance.
• Able to communicate well with guests and be a team player.
• Basic mathematical skills and calculator use for moderately complex calculations.

• Welcome and check in guests, deliver courteous and efficient service throughout their stay, and ensure a smooth check-out.
• Provide leadership to the Front Desk team to maintain high guest service levels.
