Job summary

Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter in Dunwoody, GA, part of Shaner Hotels, is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver attentive service at events and banquets. You will set up tables, take and deliver beverages and food, and ensure pristine service areas in line with hotel standards.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, strong guest relations, and experience in banquet operations. ServSafe and TIPS training are valued; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous banquet operations or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned tables and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Retrieve and serve beverages and food orders to guest tables as per hotel specs.
• Provide quality customer service during events and banquets.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
