Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, including draping tables, silverware, napkins, drinks, and centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays, and clear dishes.
• Break down banquet rooms and prepare spaces for cleaning.
• Clean back hall and organize storerooms; stock workstations.
• Prepare coffee, tea, snacks, and beverages for breaks.
• Provide accurate information about menu items and ingredients.
• Address guest requests and dietary considerations promptly and professionally.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout service.
