Pyramid Global Hospitality in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our Virginia Guesthouse team. You will help set up banquet spaces, assist with service, and support event staff to ensure seamless guest experiences from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of food service, experience in a four- or five‑star setting, knowledge of wine and beverages, and the ability to stay poised under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star venue preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and centerpieces.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and clear dishes from tables.
• Assist with bussing tables and cleaning of back hall and storerooms.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Provide general property information and warm welcomes to guests.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas during service.
