Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event and supervisor specifications.
• Prepare tables with linens, serviceware, glassware, and other items.
• Attend pre-event roll call meetings to learn details about each function.
• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Respond to guest questions and requests promptly and courteously.
• Serve food and beverages according to the event's service plan.
• Maintain consistency in food and beverage service throughout the event.
• Clear dishes and replenish beverages as needed.
• Reset banquet rooms after events according to supervisor specifications.
• Work closely with banquet and hotel team members to keep events running smoothly.
