Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is seeking an On‑Call Banquet Server/Bartender to deliver luxury food and beverage service at events. You will assist with setup, guest service, and breakdown, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.

The role requires at least 2 years of high‑volume banquet experience, strong presentation, and deep knowledge of wines and cocktails. Flexibility to work diverse schedules is essential in this premium hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume banquet serving and/or bartending experience, preferably in luxury settings.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• Strong time management with ability to multi‑task during events.
• Ability to operate POS systems and coordinate service with kitchen and bar teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service during banquet events, serving guests tableside and pouring cocktails as needed.
• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Confirm guest orders via POS, communicate special requests, and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Coordinate timing of service to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setup and teardown of banquet spaces, including linen, china, glassware, and stations.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
