Job summary

Reefhouse-Resort- in Florida is seeking an On Call Banquet Server to join our events team. You will provide exceptional food and beverage service for banquets and ensure banquet set‑ups meet the BEO requirements while delivering guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service and exude a passion for events.
• Ensures complete accuracy of banquet set-up per the BEO including tables, linen, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, food and bar stations, and miscellaneous décor.
• Help set up breaks, buffets, drink stations, etc.
• Responsible for helping refresh meeting rooms for next day.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in breakdown of events including clearing and storing banquet tables, cleaning service stations, bringing used glassware and cutlery to the dishwasher, etc.
