We are hiring On Call Banquet Servers! We seek individuals passionate about serving others. Our hotel events showcase our venue for receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions. It's our opportunity to shine and attract more business through excellent service. We need a team focused on quality, service, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Greet guests and attend to their needs during events.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu options.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods.
• Learn buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided).
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs.
• Set up, execute, and clean up after events.
• Perform side work in preparation for events.
