Job Summary: Ensure professional execution of banquets, meetings, and functions, focusing on guest satisfaction and high-quality service.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide attentive, friendly service, greet guests appropriately.
• Serve beverages per guidelines.
• Assist team members to ensure superior service.
• Review client needs and special requests for flawless execution.
• Complete side work and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform necessary paperwork accurately.
• Report guest feedback to supervisors.
• Attend training sessions.

• Coordinate special arrangements with departments.
• Knowledge of food and wine for service training.
• Assist with organizing food displays and setting tables.

• Follow procedures for guest conduct and alcohol use.
