Shift: Various – must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

As a Banquet Server, you will deliver and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Your duties include:

1. Setting banquet tables to meet specifications.
2. Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments.
3. Maintaining menu knowledge.
4. Clearing tables and delivering items to the stewarding area.
5. Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service.
6. Responding to guest requests courteously and promptly.
7. Assisting team members and other departments as needed.
8. Performing side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware.
