Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Effectively communicate in English, verbal and written.
• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in Banquets, Catering, or fine dining.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest service during Banquets and special functions.
• Prepare sections and side stations; ensure tables are cleaned and set properly.
• Coordinate drink orders with bartenders to process orders correctly and promptly.
• Monitor tables and attend to guests' needs; clear plates and bussing duties.
• May train others on menu items and aspects of the role.
• Set up banquet facilities, chairs, tables, buffets, centerpieces; ensure proper place settings.
