Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year serving in a high-volume restaurant.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification within the first 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide a warm, hospitable dining experience.
• Guide guests through menus with knowledge of food and drinks.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team to serve.
• Communicate allergies or special needs to kitchen staff.
• Provide attentive service and refill drinks as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties at service stations and dining areas.
• Pre-bus tables and maintain clean tents and POS materials.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain professional image and uphold Nugget policies.
