Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking an on-call Banquet Bartender for the Omaha Marriott Downtown in downtown Omaha. You will greet guests, take drink orders, mix beverages, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining service quality throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience required.
• Must obtain government license or certificate; TIPS certification required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and vouchers.
• Basic English writing for requisitions and balance sheets.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar daily per BEOs and check par levels.
• Stock and garnish beverages with fresh fruits and juices.
• Take orders, mix drinks, and ensure portion control.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and balance cash transactions.
• Lock and store beverages, food, and equipment; follow liquor laws.
