Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an on-call AV technician to support conferences and events at our properties. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems, ensuring seamless live productions and high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of AV experience, familiarity with Zoom/Webex, Extron/Crestron, and a customer-focused approach in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience with AV technologies in corporate or event settings.
• Experience with conferencing platforms (Zoom, Webex, Blue Jeans) and streaming.
• Knowledge of Extron/Crestron AV lighting systems preferred.
• Technical certification in related networks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate AV equipment for events and conferences.
• Provide on-site and remote support during live productions.
• Coordinate with Events staff to define AV needs.
• Maintain conference rooms and ensure equipment operability.
