Hubbell Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to perform skilled apartment repairs and unit make-readies across communities. You will support an efficient inventory control program while maintaining safety, curb appeal, and overall community condition.

The role includes an on-call rotation, after-hours emergency response, and overtime as needed. Strong knowledge of building systems and own tools are required, with a focus on resident satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of residential building systems including plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Must provide own basic tools or be willing to obtain the required hand tools.
• Mobile phone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Residential Property Manager; coordinates maintenance priorities daily.
• Diagnoses and completes minor to routine repairs; documents work and submits requests daily.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies; maintains vehicle and phone during on-call.
• Maintains curb appeal, common areas, and exterior inspections; coordinates make-readies for vacated units.
• Orders parts, manages inventory, and assists with bids and vendor coordination.
• Follows safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
