Irvinton Village is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle residential upkeep, turn-overs, and responsive repairs. The role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and appliance maintenance, with a focus on timely service and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and are prepared for an on-call rotation. This is a full-time position on-site at HUD property facilities.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs).
• Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs).
• Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry.
• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation.

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
