Job summary

Odin Properties LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in Memphis, TN. You will organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers, bringing well-rounded skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to the role.

The ideal candidate has two years of relevant maintenance experience, HVAC certification is a plus, and a positive team-oriented attitude. On-call rotations and coordination with the Property Manager on parts purchasing are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and turnovers in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
• Keep track of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on parts and materials purchasing.
• Be available for on-call maintenance emergencies as needed.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Cleaning of vacant units and building.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities

• HVAC cert a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
