Community Management Corporation is seeking a part-time maintenance technician for an established apartment community in Huntersville, NC. The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance experience, is willing to be on-call, and holds a valid driver’s license. Pay depends on experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds and common areas, completing work orders, and assisting with HVAC, appliances, and preventive maintenance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site at the community.

• Requires apartment maintenance experience and valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to be on-call.

Responsabilités

• Maintain grounds, common areas and parking lots daily.
• Complete work orders and provide timesheets to Property Manager.
• Service and repair HVAC, appliances, and other equipment as needed.
• Inspect and maintain maintenance equipment and report issues.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks and on-call emergencies.
• Keep logs and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
