Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Copper Ridge in Kingman, AZ to keep the community safe, clean, and well-maintained. The role involves completing repairs, preventive maintenance, and turn-overs with a focus on quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have apartment or facilities maintenance experience, with HVAC certification preferred, and the ability to work on-site in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior apartment or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is preferred and additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and support appearance and functionality of the property.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building systems.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (make-ready and turn processes).
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with inventory management and maintain supplies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to deliver excellent service.
