Live Bryten's Ironwood Station Townhomes in Apache Junction, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to sustain a safe, comfortable living environment. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, make-readies, inspections, and respond to on-call emergencies.

The ideal candidate has apartment or facilities maintenance experience, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, with HVAC certification preferred. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance or facilities/building maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance practices.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.
• Complete service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting issues.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-ready and turn processes).
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment.
