Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II for Ironwood Station Townhomes in Apache Junction, AZ. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready duties to keep our community safe and appealing for residents.

Expect duties across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building systems. The role requires strong problem-solving, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance practices.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and comfort of residents.
• Repair and diagnose plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and painting issues.
• Prepare vacant units (make-ready) and conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment.
• Assist with on-call maintenance and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to provide excellent service.
