The ideal candidate will have a technical certificate or equivalent experience, along with mechanical skills in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical procedures. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Must be mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Assists Service Supervisor in preserving physical facilities.
• Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Completes service requests promptly.
• Performs on-call duty for emergencies.
• Responsible for interior painting of buildings.
