Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, constructional and electrical procedures.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools, Freon recovery machinery, air conditioning gauges and vacuum pumps.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Performs repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects and approving routine maintenance and replacements of minor parts.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• On-call duty for emergencies or assigned periods.
• Interior painting of buildings and amenities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
