Qualifications

• Two years of related maintenance experience.
• Must have a valid NY driver’s license.
• Must provide own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Own vehicle for travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Patch, paint, and clean interiors to standard.
• Maintain exterior grounds and perform snow removal.
• Maintain safety and completeness of logs and records.
• Interact professionally with residents and coworkers.
• Commence and complete tasks with urgency and accuracy.
