• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with property management to schedule preventive maintenance and address ongoing repair issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance activities, and repairs performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Participate in on‑call emergency maintenance rotation as required.
