Sunrise Management & Consulting is seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician to service the Canfield Apartment community in Gansevoort, NY. The ideal candidate has at least two years of related experience and can handle work orders, turnovers, painting, and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities include on-call availability, safe repairs, and accurate documentation while delivering courteous service to residents and staff. Valid NY driver’s license and own tools are required.

Competenze

• Basic plumbing, electrical, painting/patching, and carpentry skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues.
• Must provide own tools and have a NY driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work with ladders.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must communicate in English.

Mansioni

• Responds to work orders from residents by assessing issues and performing repairs.
• Patches, paints, and cleans apartment interiors to standards.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas, including snow removal.
• Completes required logs and records and follows safety procedures.
